Puebla Modern Mexican - St Charles

I made a reservation for four people, but when we arrived, the staff member informed us that they were not offering indoor dining. I asked him why they would accept reservations if they weren't providing that option, and he just brushed me off with a quick apology.

You should remove Puebla from OpenTable, as they were not open for dining in at all.

I made a reservation, received confirmation, and arrived only to find the restaurant closed! They were only open for takeout. It would have been helpful if they had updated their information, especially on this app. This was for a birthday celebration, and the whole situation was quite embarrassing! I truly feel let down given that I had a confirmed reservation. So disappointing!

There was no experience. The restaurant was closed and we weren’t notified.

The chicken tinga was dry and did not have a very prominent taste. The chips served with the ceviche were stale. The steak tacos were delish! And the jalapeno margarita was wonderful. The perfect amount of heat.
