Katelyn Brandes is by far the best employee in this store. She went above and beyond when I got my Big Kahuna, by far the BEST most delicious sandwich I have EVER gotten. Katelyn, thank you so much for being so kind and making sure I had the best experience!

Has an ant problem. The lettuce wasn’t fresh at all.

The Philly cheese steak and Turkey sand. we're great! I forgot they put oil and vin. on the turkey and if you do not eat it soon, it gets soggy. Still very tasty though!

I genuinely enjoy Jersey Mike's and typically hesitate to leave negative reviews for small businesses, especially given the tough climate they face today. However, today was an exception. My wife ordered a tuna sandwich, and halfway through, she discovered a string that, understandably, completely ruined her appetite. I brought the sandwich back up quietly. When I showed them the string, they insisted it was just an onion skin or a thin piece of lettuce. I asked them to try to break it, but they couldn’t, nor could I. I received a dismissive wave from the manager, who stated it was just onion skin before disappearing into the back. I left feeling disappointed.
