Noodles Company - St. Charles

Ordered Japanese pan noodles with chicken and tofu, sub mushrooms for extra carrots. They charged for the tofu but didn't add it, and the cilantro was still on the stem.

Customer service was fine. A lot of restaurants have switched to using to-go containers even when dining in. This is somewhat disappointing with the price point. My food was basically ice cold and the container was piping hot so it would seem like myfood was maybe reheated in the microwave. The taste wasn't bad, but again cold. I would not return

I want to extend my thanks for having such a fantastic team of employees. They consistently make my delicious pasta, maintain the bathrooms in excellent condition, keep the tables clean, and prepare the orders with great accuracy.

I absolutely love the Mac and Cheese, and the pot stickers are outstanding! They have a crispy exterior and a wonderfully soft, noodle-like texture inside. Be sure to try adding the Parmesan-crusted chicken to any dish!

The Japanese Pan Noodles lacked flavor, and the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese was just average. I'm not sure what happened this time, as my visits to other locations have been much better.
