Rosati St Charles - St. Charles

I do not recommend this pizzeria, eating there every day is spoiled, because the refrigerators there do not work, they only work there 4 hours, and I prefer not to return,

They serve good and fresh food. Service is really quick. Strongly recommend

This Rosati's location is usually pretty good until you have a coupon. We had saved up 12 of their coupons which entitled us to a half price pizza. To redeem the offer you must mention when ordering. At this location, that alerts them and then they are extremely stingy with the ingredients. Not enough sauce or cheese and only a few pieces of sausage. The pizza was so light that I had to open the box to make sure that there was a big pizza in the box! I took a picture of it, and we called the restaurant to complain and was offered 20 percent off our next order. The pizza was so light that everyone had to eat twice as much to fill up. We were very disappointed and have no intentions of ever going back! There are other Rosati's franchises that do a wonderful job. This isn't one of them!

The pizza had too little sauce compared to the meat and cheese. The food was still tasty, but the lack of sauce detracted from the overall enjoyment.

Pinkti in St. Charles on Randall always does an excellent job. I recently had a burger and wings there and they were delicious. The owner is very friendly and we had a pleasant conversation while waiting for my food. He is always kind whenever I visit. I highly recommend this restaurant.
