Burger King - St. Clairsville

Stopped at st clairsville location ordered dbl wopper with no cheese med fry.. what I received single wopper with cheese small fry . Stopped here so didn't have to cook . Well didn't work in my favorite .. looks like I won't be back there ?

After sitting 3 cars back waiting to give my order, asked to wait at speaker which turned out to be a 5 minute wait. Still 4 cars lined up behind me, found they were taking and preparing 1 order at a time so there was only one car at the drive thru window. Took 12 minutes total to get a double cheeseburger and onion rings.There has been some trouble here lately. Slow service, wrong orders. Reported on the link on the receipt twice this past week but no manager ever responded. The location is convenient to me but might have to start going out of my way for better service.

I don’t know why I even tried, the person behind counter didn’t even acknowledge myself and disabled father in law waited 10 minutes before leaving they kept taking drive thru orders and just left us standing there like dorks. Thanks a lot you have such stinky customer service!!!

Both large Onion rings were old and oily all 3 of the melts were barely browned and quite frankly the women was rude and rushed us through the whole transaction as if they're not there to get paid.

I only stop at this location magically when I’m on the road .I’ve only been to this location 2 timesThe first time they couldn’t mix my Slurpee. I had to buy two one of each flavor .They make up their own rules I’m not sure who they all are followings buts it’s wrong .Every time it’s the same experience.They never provide any type of customer service .This time when I went I ordered 30$ worth of food for my family .I couldn’t get my burger how I wanted .Then when I asked for a condiment I could only get 2.The manager Patty is rude she thinks she is whispering when she is talking trash right there on the front line .It’s like she isn’t a manager and can’t do anything .The woman heather went outside didn’t wash her hands and tried to come in and bag food .
