Bidra med feedbackA few nights ago, my husband and I dined at this Denny's, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. Our server, whose name I believe was Kay or Tay, had a poor attitude throughout the night—not just towards us, but towards other customers as well. She exhibited unprofessional behavior, and after waiting an hour and a half for our food, it arrived cold. When we asked her to address the issue, she seemed very upset and rolled her eyes. We ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes for our replacement food. When we requested her to check on it, she completely ignored us and walked away. Fortunately, another waitress stepped in and was actually helpful, treating us with kindness instead of disdain. Overall, management really needs to address their employees' attitudes, especially this young woman!
I was very disappointed with Denny's tonight. My partner and I went to eat, and they didn't provide us with plastic utensils, napkins, ketchup for the burger, or maple syrup for my waffles. What happened to good customer service?
The location is excellent. However, after waiting an hour for our food, we ended up canceling our order and leaving because they hadn't even begun preparing it. This was the second time this has happened to us at this restaurant, and it's becoming a pattern. On a positive note, the waitress was very kind.
