Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Absolute garbage! I want the owner of this store to reply to this review (contact me) and make this right! Your policy about mistakes made by your employees is ridiculous and insulting to your customers. My order was screwed up and when I called in to report it I was told I 'd have to bring the pizza back to prove I wasn 't lying! After arguing with the teenage manager about the absurdity of this I brought the pizza back in, and was told I would NOT be allowed to get the correct pizza until they took the mistake from me. So your POLICY is to not compensate your customers when you 've screwed up? Not only that, but you make them drive back in, prove they 're not lying, then take back what should rightfully be theirs? Asinine! Show me you actually care about your customers and make this right. On top of this, I was not apologized to for the error at all, GARBAGE.To their credit, I was contacted by the Owner and we resolved the issue. I do appreciate that. Thanks.

I'm not sure how the pizza was, I bought it for my friends her family. But, some of the staff were very friendly, others didn’t even smile.

Lots of variety. The only thing is I just wish there was more cheese on the pizza. Even when I ask for extra cheese, still not enough. I just put more on when I get home....

My order was ready on time, and the food tasted great. They even gave me a free pizza coupon for my birthday.
