Panda Express - St. Louis

I wanted the super green bowl, but they were out of it. Also, the plates used to be deeper, but they have changed it. I feel that the price should be adjusted to reflect this. I ended up buying a larger plate instead. As for vegetarian options, they have steamed vegetables, egg rolls without meat, and super greens when available. Parking is currently being renovated in the lot shared with Panda Express and other businesses, but there should still be parking available. There is wheelchair accessibility with a ramp to get onto the sidewalk and a flat entrance door for wheelchairs.

I’ve been here a couple times and they’re always out of something. I order my to-go so it’s ready to pick up and they always make it until I get there -the reason I order to go is to save me time, not to take me longer and wait until they got what I asked for, without even getting an apology for it. I know they’re not the owners, but there’s something called customer care. I work at a restaurant too, so don’t tell me y’all don’t know about it. Food: 1

I really dislike going to this location, but unfortunately it is the closest to my job. I always order online, and rarely do they have what I want so they have to replace it when I get there. Not that big of a deal, if their service was faster. None of the employees are friendly. Recent visit I had waited an extra 10 mins for my food that I had ordered online. Someone else came and got their online order before I did. Terrible service, always disorganized, and very rarely do I have a good experience. Only positive is that the food is always fresh.

This is why I don’t go to the Richmond Heights location; should’ve just drove to Creve Coeur like usual. Y’all got y’all never serving this to someone. This is not Beijing beef. It was burnt and tasted HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN. Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
