Church's Chicken - Stafford

The chicken fingers of the church are always good, but canes huhn is great! they just don't have enough in the houston area!

This is the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. On Wednesday, I went in at 4:46 PM (as noted on the receipt). When I got home, I found that the food was overcooked and dry, with more skin than meat on the bone. I tried to call the restaurant, but the number they provided wasn't a working one. I checked their website, and the number listed there was the same one on my receipt—still not a working number. I don’t understand how this place is still in business. I am extremely disappointed and wouldn't give them even one star if I could. I will definitely warn my friends and family to stay away from this place.

Loves her fried okra and her biscuits, but her huh is really missing taste.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews—perhaps they stem from the previous management. Recently, I've been visiting this place because the chicken is always served hot, and the service is fast and friendly. Even though it's located in a gas station, I actually see that as a bonus! You can grab your hot chicken, pick up a lottery ticket, and get a six-pack all in one go.
