Bidra med feedbackBe careful when they decide to dinate here. we left money for drinking money that the waiter had luck, that he even got one with the bad service we had, and made it clear that they were aware of the cash tip with everything we recorded on the entrance. a few days later checked the bank account to see that they also accused the gratitude of the suggested. we went back to the restaurant to take care of this and they tried to put the blame to us because it says in their menu somewhere that the congratulate is required for 6 or more patrons. we were not even notified of it and the reception we actually sign says that the gratitude is suggested is not necessary. they finally reimbursed the top, but after a few minutes back and forth while making it a point that they rarely refund. that happened on my quitting and the other couple we were with. fixed bed. we will not return to this shaded restaurant.
Great food, service and it was nice to know it's poplar amongst the local Fire department as well as Police. Not so great of a location and some what small inside but, over all a great place...
A bit slow service but, the food was really good. Menudo was fresh and chilaquiles were delicious...
The first time we visited this restaurant, the food was decent but nothing special. However, our second visit was a completely different story. The food was not good and the customer service was lacking. When I ordered a salad, it was not fresh and I was not given utensils or dressing for 10 minutes. One of my children ordered a quesadilla plate and the tortilla was hard. As I tried a bite, I discovered a small dark pebble that almost broke my tooth. The manager didn't make an effort to talk to us or apologize for the incident. I just wish there was more empathy from the staff. While they may not go out of business if we don't return, I felt the need to share my experience. Perhaps you will have better luck than I did.
This restaurant was awful. The food was terrible, the service was even worse, and a staff member couldn't stop staring as he ate and folded silverware. Paying $40 for a meal for three people is outrageous, especially considering the poor quality and terrible service.
