We came to dine in with friends and with 2 vets in our party and all our kids in the service we excited to come check out this gem . The first impression was already not good as the place looks nothing like the images on the website. Looking at the website we expected a classy and maybe little old fashioned steak house type place. What we found was a grimy bar atmosphere with a waitress that didn 't have a clue about anything. I doubt she ever got any kind of training. The menu, also, is quite different than the menu on the website. The bar seemed to be out of most things, apparently even water which I asked for several times and ended up getting myself from the bar. We ended up leaving after 3/4 of a round of drinks, because we weren 't going to chance it with the food. My bad for not reading the reviews ahead of time, but the owner/manager calling a patron a hateful individual speaks volumes of the attitude at this place.

Food was fine. Not great. Not bad. Out of 8 people who ordered 8 different things only the crab cake sandwich got a delicious rating We were in town for Marine OCS graduation, traveled from MN. Booked a reservation for 8 people weeks ahead of time after researching places to eat. The history of the building and Marine memorabilia was really cool to see. And we were excited to be there. The servers were very friendly and the manager welcomed us enthusiastically! Especially greeting our new Marine with respect and a firm handshake. Unfortunately the kitchen failed our table. 30 minutes after ordering we got 4 out of 8 meals. 15 minutes later got 2 more meals then 15 minutes after that got the final 2 meals. The first people served tried to wait but ended up eating while their food was hot and finished eating before the last people were served. The last dish to come out of the kitchen was the Quantico burger. Not sure why that took so long. We were not offered any explanation. They did mention they had a party of 50 coming in 90 minutes after us. The kitchen botched a table of 8. Not sure how they were going to handle a party of 50. But We left the restaraunt very disappointed.

For the last few months my friends and I go to the Globe every Thursday evening. We go to dance to the DJ's music, there are guys there that play dominos, there is karaoke, great conversation and a good time is had by all. The food is good. There is a good selection on the menu. There is definitely not enough staff to handle the crowd that come there on a regular basis on Thursday's evenings. I can not discuss any other night but Thursday there is a lot going on. Getting a waiter to come to the table is rare. You have to stop a waiter as they are passing by to get an order in. It seems like the staff size has picked up in the last few months but the service is still slow. I think this place is gaining in popularity on Thursday's but they need to get it together as far as having enough staff to cover the guess. I don't want to give this place 5 stars because they have some work to do. Overall its a fun place, the food is good, the staff is friends but they just don't have enough to cover the guess. MaryAnn

Awesome place! Food was very good, drinks were great! ALL the patrons were very very nice and friendly. I am a former United States Marine and I felt at home there also. Holly, our bartender was OUTSTANDING!

I like the karaoke night. It's fun. The place has a friendly vibes. Food is okay
