The Burger Kitchen

We visit this place today and ordered children burger and pommes and sat outside to eat our food and the fries was cold and gum-like, so I took the fries back and told them that they were cold and gum-like, so they were fresh pommes. what was better, but when we started to eat burger, they were so terrible that it went into the container and it does not me again as eating terrible and we were 30 quid they should give me our money back, as it would be better kept and the toilets were fresh they disgusted so I think they need to sort it out thanks to

I went to the alton towers themenpark today and decided to get a burger from the next place - first the chips were raw and had 0 tastes and the burger was simply not right. No one of 8 of us liked our food. great disappointment. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Much improved. Previously I was not impressed by the food here but the burgers (though still over priced) were much better. The meat seemed to be different and actually tasted nice and wasn’t rubbery.

We were sent to Alton Towers with family and friends and decided to have dinner at this restaurant instead of bringing sandwiches. It was a big mistake! The food we had (if you can even call it that) was terrible. The burger patty was dry, old, and overcooked. It was supposedly claimed to be gourmet, but even that wouldn't have helped! The bun was hard and the fries were cold. Overall, the food was shocking. It's disappointing to see a restaurant with such low food standards charging high prices.

My family of four had lunch at this restaurant. The burgers were tasty but small in size. Half of the chips were undercooked. The large drinks we ordered were not filled to the top. Unfortunately, my son discovered a gross surprise in one of the chicken nuggets. It felt like a waste of money.
