Dunkin' - Stamford

This location has the worst service and customer service I have ever experienced. At three different times, I ordered a large drink with less ice, yet each time I was given a cup filled to the brim with ice! When I mentioned this issue, I was told repeatedly, "This is less ice! It's the minimum amount we can provide." I even asked them to remove some ice and add more coffee. They took my drink back for just 30 seconds and returned it to me with the same excessive amount of ice. Did they really think I wouldn't notice? I will never patronize this place again!

While recently in Stamford, I had a craving for a latte. I ordered ahead on the app for drive through. This location has the strangest drive through I have ever seen. Next time I will pick up my order inside.

Everyone I go to this Dunkin' Donuts, the staff are super friendly, unlike some of the other locations. My order is always correct and timely, too. Might be early morning timing, but I have no complaints!

If I could give this location zero stars I would. My husband and I were waiting on the drive thru line Saturday afternoon November 27th. When our time finally came this young man working the drive thru yelled at my husband when my husband placed our order. He was nasty as can be and should be fired. The manager has had issues with this kid before I don't understand why he's still working there. I am in retail and no employee should speak to customers and yell at them like were stupid. We drove away and didn't even place our order. We will never ever use this establishment again. Donut Delight has way kinder customer service. Right up the road. This management in this location obviously doesn't care. Go to any other DD people. Not this one
