Char Grill'd - STANHOPE GARDENS

When we finally received our food, the chips were completely soggy from sitting in a plastic bag for so long. The chicken rolls we ordered were unappetizing, mostly filled with garlic sauce and salad. Additionally, the water we received from the fridge was warm. We ended up throwing away our entire order. It’s clear that the new employees take this business far too lightly! The lack of care in service was absolutely disappointing.

The staff was unhelpful and inattentive. They mixed up my order and showed little concern when I tried to address the issue, ultimately hanging up the phone on me.

My partner and I have visited this restaurant several times, and each time, the food is consistently amazing and fresh. The service is quick, ensuring that our meals arrive promptly, and we've never been disappointed. The tawook roll is arguably one of the best I've ever had, and my partner absolutely loves the skewer plates, which he orders every single time. I highly recommend trying this place out—100%!

This was meant to be a snitzel roll. Burnt like crazy and inedible. Only use for this food is in the bin. Never again will I come here.

The worst chargrilled chicken. The chicken was burnt the pickles tasted stale and soggy. The chips was covered in chicken salt, I had to wipe them off using paper towel cause it was just way too much. I would not recommend this place!
