For the 2nd time we have ordered soft serve ice cream at this establishment and been served a cone that was pre-filled and stuck in the freezer. Soft serve is not meant to be served frozen. It forms ice crystals and becomes a very different product. Putting the cones in the freezer like this makes them dry and stale. At least have the curtesy to tell your customers that you are not making fresh cones instead of charging them for an inferior item that is NOT what they ordered! By far the slowest it's ever took to get a blizzard we waited 25 min, and then another person in our party had to go ask for theres...To whomever owns this place seems to me that they need to have a few more on staff ,not sure how many it takes but I seen 4 working and 1 sitting in lobby....The blizzard was great but with the fast food price u should get excellent service...... Biscuit and gravy is the best thing on the menu. Hot dogs and chicken strips are greasy and over cooked. Young employees needs training on how to talk to customers. They need manners. Bathroom is clean lots of parking. Employees need to clean tables inside. Kid-friendliness: Good place for kids.
