Bidra med feedbackThis review has to be pure FIRE!!! That honor goes to Fusion Corner, which is one of the OC 's (kinda newest hot spots. Trust me when I say you do NOT want to miss out on this place!I went in with a bunch of foodie friends to try out some of their Asian fusion cuisine, and every single dish was off the hook! Everything they post on their social media is exactly what you get. This place has a casual vibe, and it 's a great place for family and friends to gather.We started off with the Fried Roe Fish Balls and Popcorn Chicken. The fish balls came out hot and fresh, and they were slightly crispy on the outside with the soft texture you 'd expect on the inside. The chicken was really good, crispy, and not greasy at all. I liked the dipping sauces they both came with, too. Next up was their famous Lomo Saltado Fries. O M G!!! This had me salivating when I saw it from afar before they even set it down on the table. The shaken beef on top of those perfectly fried, crisp fries was a party in my mouth all by itself!The final dish was the Back-Rib Pho, which has got to be the sexiest, beefiest bowl of pho to have ever hit my palate! I mean.. do you see those humongous beef ribs?! We had so much food left over AFTER we tasted everything. We each got to pack a doggy bag when we couldn 't finish it all. You already know my motto: Don 't waste!! LOL!To wash it all down, we had Thai Milk Tea (comes caffeinated or not, your choice , and the Lychee Rose Tea. I had the latter, and I loved every last drop of it. They even garnish the top to make it pretty, and I love pretty drinks!Parking was not the greatest, as it is extremely limited next to an apartment complex. I parked in the Wendy 's lot next door (oopsie, lol . Prices here are very reasonable!! The employees are super friendly and answered any questions we had.I highly recommend Fusion Corner if you have an insatiable appetite but also want to keep your wallet happy. The best part is these guys are open late late, like 1 am late! Don 't waste another minute. Make your way to Fusion Corner NOW!!! ;
Fusion Corner in Stanton, California, is a real gem. Finding parking was a breeze. Walking in, the atmosphere was so inviting with its cozy decor – it really sets the mood for a great meal. And let me tell you, the service was fantastic. The staff were super attentive, and our food came out faster than expected.Now, about the food – it’s a real fusion experience. They've got Vietnamese staples like Pho, Thai dishes, and even some Peruvian-inspired options like lomo saltado. My partner, who usually doesn’t care for Pho, absolutely loved it, which says a lot! And oh, don’t get me started on the lychee rose tea – it was hands down one of the best drinks I've ever had. I’d come back just for that!Whether you’re flying solo or with friends and family, it’s definitely worth checking out for a delicious dining experience.Vegetarian options: There is vegetarian options here
Been seeing some posts about Fusion Corner and decided to check it out. It's mainly Vietnamese food with some fusion dishes on the menu. Tried the Fried Roe Fish Balls and the Popcorn Chicken and they were pretty much what I expected. They were both fried nicely without being too greasy which was great. Plus they were good sized servings.Their version of Lomo Saltado was definitely a dish I was curious about. It's not the Peruvian way it definitely had the Vietnamese cuisine inspiration. The fries were nice and crispy and the shaken beef was a nice twist I enjoyed the flavor of this a lot, especially when mixed with the cilantro cream ish signature sauce!Then came the pho... I'm not really a fan of pho but this was pretty good, and it was HUGE! I also really enjoyed how it came with ribs because that's not an option that I see everywhere. The ribs alone made me enjoy this pho that much more.As for the drinks, we had the Thai tea and lychee rose tea. Thai tea was cool but that lychee rose tea was different and delicious!Overall, the menu had a good selection and I liked the stuff I tried. Nothing too different but I enjoyed it all. It's a good spot to go with a larger group so that you can try multiple dishes.
First time here, the place is fine. My friends enjoyed it. I would give it another try. It is really pretty inside! Service was nice and calm. Enjoyed my time here. Vegetarian Pho taste good. I wouldn't pick it over Pad Thai though. I would love to see more Vegan/Vegatarian options. But Pho is a good start! Ill try to see if their Pad thai with tofu is vegan next time. If so, Ill bump my review to 4 and if their Pad Se Ew is Vegan friendly too, its automatic 5/5 for me. Would love to see Fried/crispy tofu on the appetizer. I recommend coming! It is really nice place! Just not for me as a Vegan : i would give it another try thoughVegetarian options: Only Vegetarian Pho was labledI guess for the rest you would need to ask.Parking: Plenty of parking around the restaurantKid-friendliness: Family restaurant
Fusion corner Thai tea was perfect it reminded me of the Thai tea I had in Phuket Thailand. The popcorn chicken was spot on with taste and texture. The star of the show was the bulgogi fries, the bulgogi was sweet and tender and the fries were crispy and savory the perfect combination. This place is amazing highly recommend you try fusion corner
