Dunkin' - State College

Just call it Dunkin, cause they were all out of donuts before lunch. Unfortunately no one updated the app so I didn't get what i ordered.

Definitely one of the best places in the area. This place has a nice atmosphere.

This is a good and reliable Dunkin’. The orders are prepared fast, efficiently, and correctly!

Well aside from the fact that Dunkin ' Donuts coffee drinks are basically coffee flavored syrup and food is garbage, the customer service was also atrocious. The girl at the counter were rolled her eyes at my 14-year-old daughter and snapped at her, saying that we obviously can 't break that , and proceeds to smirk at her and look at her as if she is stupid and should have known better. Anyways, my daughter comes out to the car to tell me what I just happened to her inside of Dunkin ' donuts. So I 'm cool, so I 'm professional, and really immature. People like this shouldn 't work in customer service positions.

I was in this location recently and an employee I believe her name was Amanda) was making my order, and my whole time I was in there she wasn’t wearing her mask properly. I waited to see if she would fix it but she didn’t, she even coughed close to my drink while her mask was below her mouth. This can’t be happening especially in a pandemic SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE. I wish I could give a 0 star cause I would
