Kfc - Staten Island

The woman at the drive thru wearing the glasses was extremely rude. Whenever I go thru this drive thru, it?s horrible. She tells me she doesn?t have any chicken left meanwhile there?s still 2 hours left before they close. She was handling my food so Idecided not to argue with her. She should not work there if she hates it so much. She should be fired.

The food was good but the wait on the drive thru was ridiculous I don't know if it was because we pass by before they close or because there was not enough staff but the guy on the window was very polite i just hope they improve that

Well, what can I say? They usually run out at the weekend. the staff is pleasant lately, but before that it was like I would disturb them. food: 4/5

Shame, they run this place backwards. Customer service is pretty bad. There are always more workers then customers yet nothing is ever done.
