Coconut Thai Cuisine - Statesboro

One of the best Thai meals we've ever had! Coconut Thai offers incredible flavor and spice, particularly in their pineapple fried rice and red curry with salmon. We travel across the country throughout the year, and this meal was absolutely perfect.

We've been dining here since it first opened, and I can confidently say that the food is consistently fantastic. The duck is exceptional, the lamb chops are delicious, and the pineapple rice and calamari are absolutely irresistible. I would bet that everything on the menu is outstanding!

I haven't had Thai food in years, and today I just had to satisfy my pregnancy craving for spring rolls with sweet chili sauce. I wish I had ordered three because they were absolutely delicious! I couldn't help but do a happy dance after tasting them. I also tried the drunken noodles along with another entrée (though I can't recall the name of it). Both dishes were quite good. I shared them with my 8-year-old daughter, who really enjoyed slurping up the drunken noodles, which made me a bit disappointed since I wanted to keep them all to myself. I love my food extremely spicy, but she prefers it milder, so the noodles were perfect for her. I might just go back tomorrow if I'm in the mood for more spring rolls and to try something else that's spicy. Mateo, my server, was fantastic, and I loved the restaurant's small but beautiful atmosphere.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I love Thai food and I thought this is one of the best Thai places I have been to in the U.S. I had the green seafood curry, my friend had the chicken massaman curry and we shared spring rolls and pineapple rice. Everything we had tasted great. The flavors were complex and bold. I would say this is one of the best restaurants in Statesboro!

Randomly walked in off the street, the staff was great, fast and friendly. I had Basil Rolls for starters which were very fresh, a nice light appetizer. After asking, the bartender suggested a spicy chilli, crispy, duck breast, it was absolutely outstanding. The breast was cooked perfect, tender, with a crispy outside, not overly seasoned or too spicy. Overall experience was excellent, looking forward to going back.
