Krystal - Statesboro

Statesboro..Drove up and placed order. Got up to window and asked cashier about Military Discounts. She said that the Manager had to approve it, but she was too busy. I asked how long does it take to approve, she said when she gets finished making other burgers. Asked me to pull ahead, park and wait. Manager was very rude when I said I will write a review. She didn't seem to care and said It's ok if you do. No thanks for my Service to my Country. I canceled the entire order due to her rudeness and lack of respect. Manager needs training or needs to be fired. No Customer Service Skills

Nothing much like a Krystal for a hamburger chain. Always gotten fresh and the corn pups are so delicious. Glad we've got them back in Dublin GA.

Today I went back paid over 10.00 for pick 5 for 6.49 and I ordered two chicks which was an additional.49 each bread was hard and the chicken came out of the breading..and was dry had to throw it away. Same with chili cheese pups bread was hard. Worst 10 plus dollars I ever spent. Don't waste your money on chicks.

I cant quite remember her name tiffany or something maybe. But she had braces pregnant i believe and looked pretty young. She was a total b!tch. she was so rude and yelled at me and my husband. i ordered some fries and it took 20 minutes. she was in the back with the cook laughing and laughing mean while my food wasn?t being made. this was a few weeks ago during the night. NEVER GO HERE!! Bad customer service and the cook was slow too???

Usually poor service, inconsistent quality of food order, typically slow. Be prepared to be asked to pull forward for your order even if no one is behind you. Once, I refused to pull forward because I was the only one there (and already waited nearly 20 minutes), and the manager told me I could either pull forward or get a refund... Haven't been back since ?. Only reason it's 2 stars instead of 1 is the few times the service was acceptable prior to the last incident.
