Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Statesboro

Terrible service and they charge .52 cents per additional sauce. I've been to many other Popeyes where that's not the policy. Too many other food options near by to bother with this place.

Ordered chicken wings. They were not fresh and looked as though they had been knocked around for a while. Also lacked flavor that was there in the past.

If I can give this place a negative I will. I visited the Popeyes in Statesboro yesterday about 5:50 and I received a Large sweet Tea with my order and when I got home and drunk some of the tea,then took the lid off and it was a large piece of plastic inside of my cup mixed in with the tea. I was highly upset.I called the manager all he said was I can come get another. I Declined. I will never go back there again.

This was my third time coming to this location, and for the third time, I was directed to order online because what I was asking for could only be ordered online. Nowhere on the website does it say that what I wanted was only available online, so I couldn't have known before I pulled in that this was the case. So I waited in the drive through line (because the dining area was closed), then when I got to the front, had to pull out of line to order online, and wait in the line again to finally get my food. The whole ordeal took me an hour, for supposed fast food. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the food was good when I did finally get it.
