Bidra med feedbackThe food is pretty inconsistent (portion sizes, amount of condiments put on items, hot/cold), and you will most certainly have to get your order corrected so don't pull off until you check everything. Quality of service varies as well.
We ordered a large fries, but it was only half full, and the fries were soft and cold. Additionally, we got the 2 for $5 burgers, and they weren't very good either.
I've been visiting this location quite regularly over the past couple of months, and it's been a great experience. I usually order ahead through the app since I like to customize one of my food items, and they've never gotten my order wrong—unlike the branch across town. My food is almost always hot and fresh, even the items that aren't customized, so I highly recommend it. However, during my last visit, the lettuce on my burger had a slightly off taste. I've gone there at various times throughout the day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks), and their service has been consistently good. Just a heads-up: when they're busy or if the wrong staff members are on duty, service can be a bit slow. I'm not sure how the experience differs for in-store or drive-through orders, but overall, I enjoy it.
The baked potato just doesn't have enough chili and cheese on it. I want to get what I paid for!
My wife loves Wendy's salad and I love their cheese burger. Good place
