It's Just Wings - Statesville

If I could rate this place lower than one star, I definitely would. These were the worst wings I've ever eaten. They were overcooked, with thick, hard skin and a slimy interior. The fries were greasy and soggy as well. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I won’t be coming back.

The manager seemed completely unaware of who had placed which orders. I stood there watching an order that was ready to be picked up, and no one bothered to check the name on the bag. While the manager was asking the person next to me about his order, he finally thought to look at the bag sitting on the shelf. The guy was rude to me when I asked if this was the pick-up place for wings, responding only, "It’s just wings, and yes." I felt like saying, "Please don't correct me; I'm frustrated. Just get me my food."

Was the worst wings we ever got very hard and dry spent over a 100.00 and threw them in the garbage and ate hotdogs instead and a 15.00 tip for what? I have been here many times never had this problem until super bowl Sunday. Will never be back. I would like a full refund of 109.45
