Panera Bread - Statesville

Every time I go through the drive through they forget half of my stuff. First time no soups. Second time no chicken on any of my grilled chicken salads…I won’t give them a third chance. For $50-$60 to feed our family, it’s not worth it!

Food is usually pretty good, but service is very disappointing. This location has opt 'd to do the no staff at the front counter thing and just put kiosks for you to take care of yourself. The would have a lot more business if they returned to focusing on improving customer experience.

I love their cinnamon crunch bagels. I told them to add sausage and egg to it and it was great. I also like being a member of the sip club. They have good service at this location. However, I do wish they would bring back pizza at this store.

Excellent tasting sweet tea and customer service. The order was prepared fast. We had the pecan braid twist and cinnamon roll and both were great.

They made pick up so easy for me as an uber driver. The order was ready to go, and packed so nicely when I got there, making things so incredibly smooth! Thanks guys!!
