Bidra med feedbackDuring my vacation with my wife, we visited SWC. She savored a creative cocktail while I sampled a flight of their spirits, and we both delighted in some of their small plates. The food was outstanding, and I found their distinctive whiskeys to be among the best I've ever tried. I definitely wanted to purchase a few bottles to take home, but given the rough handling of my ski gear during the trip, I doubted the bottles would survive the journey. Otherwise, I would have ended up bringing several bottles back with me.
Every dish I tried quickly became a favorite of mine, including the cilantro-infused deviled eggs, schnitzel bites, and the chicken-and-waffle on a stick. The drinks are outstanding, and the smoky Old Fashioned is a real highlight as well! The waitstaff is fun and attentive, contributing to an overall incredibly enjoyable atmosphere.
I had an incredible experience at this restaurant, particularly with their whiskey selection. The smoked walnut old fashioned was a standout! Their happy hour is fantastic, too. The bartender was exceptionally accommodating, taking the time to explain their distillation process and even offering samples. I highly recommend trying the Ol Red!
We made it in for a pre dinner beverage and I have to say my smoked old fashioned was amazing. I ended up breaking one of my 25+ year drinking rules no shots but I was so curious to try the peanut butter bourbon I couldn?t help myself when the Brit next to me begged us to join him on a shot ski. It was yummy I was glad I wasn?t driving.
All the drinks we had were very good. I had the Sweet Whiskey flight, and my friend had a Whiskey Mule and all 5 drinks were tasty. The Fries were amazing though, I would go back just for the fries.
