The Shack Café - Steamboat Springs

Enjoyed my first breakfast (eggs, bacon, hash browns, biscuit gravy combo) here after reading other positive reviews. Staff are friendly, food delicious, and prices very affordable. Highly recommend!

Very busy place but they are incredibly organized and efficient, it’s a well oiled machine! I love breakfast there, can’t wait to go back. I recommend either “The Choice” or “The Hobo” with the green chili salsa!

What a gem of a breakfast spot! I'm in town for 6 months for work was in desperate need of a good sit down breakfast. This place delivered in spades. Everything was spot on. The food was delicious plentiful, the service was outstanding, the price didn't break the budget (hard thing to find in a tourist town). Will definitely be back. Well done!

The staff is attentive and friendly, especially with kids. The pancakes are wonderfully fluffy and just right, and the Mickey Mouse pancakes were a big hit with the little ones. I enjoyed a delicious Philly cheesesteak with Swiss cheese, and the fries—oh, those fries! They were perfectly fluffy and crispy; I could easily eat a whole plate of them by themselves. Don’t forget to try the biscuits and gravy; they're excellent too. Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu here! The food is fantastic, and the service is excellent!

The food was incredibly delicious, served hot and quickly! We had a great time chatting with Craig and a longtime local customer. I highly recommend this place!!!
