China Garden Chinese - Steger

I've ordered from them before, and the food used to taste fresh. However, this time the chicken tasted like plastic, and the rice was dry and lacking flavor. I was very disappointed when I got home to eat.

The food was decent, but the service left much to be desired. We waited at the front for five minutes while the cashier seemed preoccupied with her phone, either texting or doing something else, before finally taking our order. To make matters worse, we ended up missing an item from our order.

Rock Bottom, This place is horrible as it relates to food quality and service. You have to beg for condimets. They need a lesson in food service.

The service is atrocious however I loved the food I don’t have complaints on that it’s just they got my order wrong I called for a refund the lady just simply got mad and hung up the business owner was nice when I had the police come in to help get my refund or the correct food.won’t be back but the food isn’t bad.

I placed an order when I went to pick up my Chinese food I asked for soy and sweet and sour they tried to charge me for each package will not be back! Are times really that rough that you have to treat customers this way!
