Chili's - Stephenville

The food was good overall, but the salsa chips were thick and frankly, inedible. Every time I've dined here, I've had a wonderful meal and the service was excellent. However, those salsa chips were a major disappointment. I tried a different batch, but unfortunately, they had the same issue. I shouldn’t have to ask for a new serving of chips, but if I encounter the same problem again, I won’t hesitate to ask the waiter for another batch until I find some that are actually edible. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. Aside from the chips, the rest of my lunch at Chili's Grill Bar was fantastic.

I am truly impressed by the staff, who were incredibly kind and made us feel special. I really appreciate the excellent service and the delicious food! This is a fantastic place for family nights as well as outings with friends! I recommend trying the avocado dressing with the appetizer combo, and if you want to enjoy a pleasant lunch with a family member you might not be too eager to see, go for a shot of tequila! Haha! I highly recommend this place!

Once seated, it took about 5 to 10 minutes for us to receive service. However, Brooklyn (I hope that's her name, and I apologize if I'm mistaken) truly turned our experience around with her outstanding customer service! She sincerely apologized for the wait and went above and beyond throughout our meal. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Happy Hour here is a solid, good time. Halie is a great, personable bartender, and the local people are pleasant personalities. In any case, it will make a point to stop again to wind a day when the chance arises!

On April 20,2022, between 7pm-9pm We sat at the bar (where we normally like to sit at we saw the familiar faces around us. I still haven't remembered everyone name's. Long story short , a gentleman who sat beside me paid for our dinner . It was very sweet of him . God bless him . It was very kind of him .
