The restaurant should consider hiring additional staff because the wait time was incredibly long.

We were seated in the back of the restaurant near the women's bathroom. My concern was not with our seating location, but with the foul smell coming from the bathroom. I had to take my daughter there twice, and we, along with other patrons, had to hold our breath due to the overpowering stench. This issue needs to be addressed as it could potentially make employees and future customers ill.

We entered the restaurant and waited for 5-8 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. When I mentioned I had reservations through OpenTable, the hostess seemed confused and had to ask someone else before finally seating us. It took a while for a server to come to our table, and when he did, he was not knowledgeable about the menu. He initially said we could order sides with our pasta dish, but later informed us that it was not an option. Our food was mistakenly delivered to another table before being brought to us in a rushed manner. We were not provided with silverware or napkins. The service was overall poor, and to top it off, our bill included another table's order. This was a disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Shelly was a great server. Truly made my visit home enjoyable!

Had reservations, had to wait to get seated which at first was an eight minute wait turned into 15 minutes plus 4 non reservation families with a party of 5 or more seated before me. What's the point of a reservation like warm food.
