Excellent products, but the customer service is very disappointing. If you miss a deadline—even if the issue is their fault—they will not make any adjustments or corrections. They won't allow you to cancel an order either. Save yourself the trouble; you'll be left in a difficult situation.

I often experience issues with my orders here. Half the time, they don't get everything right. Sometimes we receive smaller pastries than we requested, and on occasion, the items that are supposed to be wrapped look like they were packaged by someone who had a bit too much to drink. When I open the box, the scones are often crumbled, and the muffins are disorganized. It's also challenging to get an accurate count because everything is mixed up. As for the pastries themselves, they are just average.

This is the best bakery in Nova for the quality of its products. I only wish they had a charming café where customers could place their orders.

I always make it a point to stop by their booth at the One Loudoun Farmers Market. They offer the best cheese danishes and muffins in the area!

We always get our baked goods from this place. The quality and variety are excellent.
