King's Seafood Boil - Sterling

The food was decent, but the service was so poor that I have to give it just one star. The servers were incredibly demanding about how to pay, insisting that I leave a tip. I chose not to tip this time because I was trying to save some money, and the server reacted with disbelief, glaring at me and my friend, who also didn't tip. I was trying to keep things friendly, and when we left, I simply said thank you. Instead of acknowledging my gesture, she laughed in my face and made a comment to another staff member about how I didn’t tip. Overall, the customer service was terrible.

The chicken had a strange smell and taste in every dish I tried. The egg drop soup was overly salty, and all the chicken contained a lot of fatty cartilage, with bits of bone still connected. Each bite required me to pick pieces out of my mouth, which was quite unpleasant. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I've sampled Chinese cuisine from many different places, and while it’s my favorite type of food, I have to say this was the worst I've ever had.

The location of this restaurant is certainly unexpected for a Chinese buffet. That said, it offers a pretty standard, mid-tier buffet experience. The two standout features are the affordable prices and the generous portions, which likely draw in diners. While it's a typical establishment, I didn't get the sense that the staff or other customers were particularly happy to be there; it had a rather dull atmosphere. However, considering the low cost, it's a decent option overall!

I HATE when I have to give a bad review. Years ago I used to go to kings buffet at least once a week. Everything was so fresh. Last night I went for the first time in years. I got lomain, 2 crabs which were empty, ate shrimps with the heads on them, and 2 of their dishes with seafood in them. Ate and had a good time. Went home and about 1 later my stomach started feeling funny. I ran to the bathroom and literally got sick for at least 30 minutes. Everything I ate I threw up. Worst experience ever. So sad because I will not be going back

Horrible food , cold .oily and no flavor what so ever . Costumer service was horrible they are super rude , and in total for $40? for some trash ass food .
