Bidra med feedbackIt's a Subway... not much to say. The staff was friendly, and the food appeared fresh. However, they prioritize online orders at the counter, which can be frustrating for those waiting in line.
Much later, when I finally had a chance to eat my sandwich, I opened the bag to find a little sleeve with a cookie inside. To my surprise, it had a note that read, "I hope your day gets better." In an instant, my spirits lifted. I often think about that kind gesture that turned my day around and lifted the clouds hanging over me. I wish I had caught the name of the team member who did this, so I could thank her personally. I truly hope she reads this and knows how impactful such a small act can be. Even a month later, I still think about it every day.
I had the best service at a Subway yesterday! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The sandwiches were delicious, and the attention to detail was outstanding. Our sandwich maker took the time to label and individually wrap each of our sandwiches, which was a huge help. Thank you!
Out of most stuff. Vegetables cheese out sept some things. Good servaces just no food.
My wife ordered a 6” spicy italian with black olives, which she received literally 4 slices of olives (roughly equivalent to 1/2 of a whole olive) She asked for a little more, and was told she can not have any more. I replied it’s fine, you can give her more, we are fine paying for extra, if this is actually required. We were informed, no extras are allowed under any circumstances, that the owner is really cracking down on the use of olives. I ordered a 12” BMT and asked for my olives in a cup, (so I could give them to my wife) I received literally 6 olive slices. (equivalent to 3/4 of 1 olive) I did not ask for more, as the “sandwich artist” had already informed us of the absolute strict rationing order of olives, ordered and strictly enforced by “The Owner.” The “sandwich artist” was working solo and otherwise did a good job. Apparently times are now so desperate, that strict rationing of olives is necessary to the point of counting olive slices. Take from this what you will. This is the very first review I have ever given, and felt compelled after all the petty things I’ve experienced in my life at restaurants, this stands out at the top! After all had I received 4 olive slices, for each 6 inches of my sandwich, like my wife had, perhaps I wouldn’t feel so slighted to the point of leaving a review??? We will never know, as I received only 3 slices of black olive for each 6 inches of sandwich. What concerns me the most is that we are one step away from rationing the salt shaker…. That’ll be interesting! I hope “The Owner.” makes it through this terrible time in olive history. Customer service is dead, and apparently we are now officially in the second Great Depression. Have a great day, and “Eat Fresh!”(No olives were actually harmed in the writing of this review)
