Dunkin' - STEVENSVILLE

I would not recommend using the restroom at this restaurant! I rarely leave reviews, but the state of the bathroom was so unsanitary that I felt compelled to write about it. There was dirt and hair all over the sink and the back of the toilet, along with a lot of muddy footprints. It appeared as though it hadn't been cleaned in at least a week, if not longer.

I have been coming to this restaurant for breakfast on my way to school for the past 2 years, spending around $40-$50 per day. Today, I had to return my son's second latte because it had no taste or sweetness. The staff told me they didn't have time to fix it and suggested I take my business elsewhere. I was shocked by their unprofessionalism and would recommend they improve their customer service. The owner even personally told me to go somewhere else, which was very disappointing.

I understand that it's a Dunkin' Donuts located in a gas station, so my expectations were not very high. However, either the employee working the evening shift was not paying attention or lacked proper training. I had to repeat my order four times before being told that they were out of most items and I should go to another location. There was no offer of alternatives or willingness to accommodate by leaving out certain items. We were simply told to go elsewhere.

What's better than a Dunkin' inside a gas station? Lines get long on a Sunday, order ahead!

Dunkin is my go to for coffee away from home. Not a lot of them in sw Michigan.
