Bidra med feedbackFood was decent, up until me and my girlfriend both fell extremely sick an hour after eating it. Felt ill for two days. I will not be eating here again!
I've had my order messed up here a few times, but they are pretty high volume, and they always fix it for me, so I guess it's not all that bad.
Paid 16$ for a small burrito, extra 3$ for a 50 cent avocado worth of guac that was clumped on 1 side. And 2$ extra for queso that was also clumped up on the same side. Half was only queso and guac, the other was 5 pieces of fajita steak and rice and beans. Will never be returning for the fact that rice, avocado and beans are some of the cheapest things in the store, with uneven spread of everything still cost me 16$ and some change. Just leaving this here as a fair warning to anyone. You can go to an eat in Mexican restaurant and get all of this cheaper, with chips free and not one side of your burrito only rice.
Good luck talking to a human being, no, if you call the Stillwater, OK store you get to speak with an automated system that will do everything in its limited power to completely block you from speaking with a person at the store when you have an issue, such as an order that was completely incorrect.This is a far cry from anywhere in the realm of customer service. This is indicative of a company that has given up on at least giving a customer the option to speak with someone via phone when already have been inconvenienced.Chipotle needs to do better, but let's face it, their apathy shines through in their desire to have as little human contact as possible. Customer service has become cowardly.
2 Burritos 2 small drinks 2 chips $43.00 and I was sick to my stomach all last night and today. Don't think I will be back!!
