Good food, good service and good decoration. Food tastes like Mexican homemade food.

Really good. As stated in other reviews it seems at times a server could be a little more peppy.

Back in Stillwater having lunch at El Vaquero @elvaquerostilly). Tried the very popular Guiso Lunch. As amazing as the grilled chipotle chicken was, what was equally impressive was how quickly I got my plate in under 10 mins! That's huge at lunch!! Visit them soon.

We placed a to-go order. When my husband arrived to pick up the order he was told they forgot to turn it in, so there was a wait. We ordered a kids beef enchilada meal. When we got home the enchilada was cheese, but we were charged for an adult beefenchilada meal. We also ordered tacos and there was literally red/raw meat mixed throughout the taco meat. The queso and salsatasted different than it used to (we haven?t been in a few months). We definitely will not be going back. The overall taste ofthe meal was not very good. Salsa tasted watered down. The prices have also went up. Way too expensive for the quality of foodyou receive.
