Subway - Stirling

Very poor delivery order, no drinks or sauces delivered, no cheese on either sub as ordered, no sauce on any sub as ordered. Overall the worst sub I have ever had from subway, very poor Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20

They were very busy for Saturday lunch, but the manager was fab. Kept us updated and was still cheery and polite : thank you for making us smile Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Just been in this afternoon for a sandwich, the man making the sandwiches (who was covering his name badge) was extremely hostile, arrogant and unhelpful. The lady in front of me was spoken to appallingly and told she would have to pay an extra couple of to have a plain pepperoni sandwich. Matthew at the till was very helpful and suggested a cheaper alternative so the lady didn’t have to pay extra. Then when I came to order a sandwich I asked for one off the menu but asked if I could substitute Monterey jack for plain cheese. The man snapped at me and told me that I would also have to pay extra because the plain cheese wasn’t on the menu for that particular sandwich. He then carried on to tell every person behind me in the queue that they would have to pay extra for their sandwiches if they ordered something slightly different to the menu. I have never received this poor level of service in any other fast food chain. The man was also aggressive towards his colleagues and as a customer, who also works in hospitality this was extremely unprofessional to witness and I personally would never speak to paying customers and colleagues in the disgusting tone this man did today. The slowest service! Wait 20 mins for them to serve 1 person in front of you then get told to wait until they do their just eat orders. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20
