Bidra med feedbackI had a disappointing experience at Waffle House. The music was excessively loud and distracting. The city ham was served cold, had a stringy texture, and didn’t taste good at all. I requested sausage as a replacement, but the waitress didn’t offer any explanation. After a while, I noticed that she hadn’t placed the order for the sausage, despite my request. Since my breakfast was getting cold, I finally managed to catch her and asked her to cancel the sausage. Throughout the meal, I never received a coffee refill. There was also no receipt provided, so I couldn’t confirm whether I was charged for the ham, but I don’t think that was the case. On a positive note, the food itself was decent.
This is, without a doubt, the best-managed Waffle House I've ever been to. The team worked seamlessly together, from the waitstaff to the cooks and even the manager. I was extremely satisfied with both the service and the food. My wife and I travel frequently and have visited many locations, and we both agree that this is the best Waffle House we’ve encountered during our travels. It will be hard for any other location to surpass this experience. A special thanks to the entire staff who were working on the day of our visit, October 22, 2022.
After receiving poor treatment at two previous Waffle House locations this morning, I came to this one and had a completely different experience. The customer service and overall hospitality from Courtney and Jerry were exceptional! Although they both seemed a bit tired, they truly went above and beyond for me and the other customers. Their kindness and professionalism were shining examples of what good service should be. Thank you for the wonderful meal and for restoring my faith not only in Waffle House's customer service but also in the fact that there are still amazing people in this world!
This was our favorite waffle house in the area. Recently they never answer the phone for togo orders that is not an important problem. You seem to be anger when someone comes to the door, and as soon as you open the door they scream, we're just doing to go orders!? Then, after someone literally walk out the door with food and into their car, the cook says that we have to wait at least 10 minutes until the grill heats up. Either that was a lie, just to make orders, or they just didn't want to deal with us. This Waffle House has been so bad on the hill in recent months. I don't know how they're still open.
Went in and sat down. Only one other lady there. The tables were nasty No one came over or said anything to us. I have been here before and it was great. Found another one and ate there it was great. Won't be back to this one on Eagles landing across from Kroger.
