Bidra med feedbackThe lady at the entrance was incredible rude explaining we wasn’t allowed to eat in the Resturant even though we booked because we were staying at the other hotel. As we had 3 morning, we thought we would try the other hotel. It doesn’t say anywhere that you must eat at the hotel you stay at only
We only had breakfast here but I would say it's the best place to have breakfast in the resort because it's setup for buffet in the evening, so it's works well in the morning for breakfast, plenty of space, not too manic
The restaurant had a great variety of dishes to choose from, but the table was uncomfortably sticky.
The person who escorted us to our table seemed uninterested and unfriendly. They did not inquire if we were returning guests or provide any guidance on where to get drinks. This lack of customer service was disappointing, especially given the high cost of dining at the restaurant.
The food being served, while still decent, seems to be declining in quality each year. Additionally, the restaurant's floor and some of the seats were sticky and covered in crumbs. The tables also had a sticky surface with leftover crumbs. It appears that the standards of the restaurant are decreasing annually.
