Subway - Stoke-on-Trent

The service at this restaurant has become extremely slow in the last year or two. I don't have time to wait for an hour behind 6 other customers, so I had to leave and go somewhere else. Maybe if Sodexo had more staff, the service would improve, but that might affect their profits. The hospital should require a certain level of service so their employees can have a timely lunch break. I would rate the food a 4, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 1.

Went quite late in the day so some items missing hence the 4 stars love staff clean place got 3 packs of cookies and was told if I got another it would be free which was a nice bonus. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10

Reasonable quality but they don't provide Halal here where local customer is high proportion who demand it

I visit this restaurant at least once a week. The staff is always quick, friendly, and very accommodating. The food is consistently excellent and delicious. I highly recommend this place. It is hands down the best restaurant I have ever been to. 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
