Food King - Stone Mountain

I do not recommend this restaurant. The elderly man at the counter was impolite and had poor customer service skills. I ordered the lunch special and was charged extra for plantains, which would have been acceptable if it had been mentioned in the advertisement. The brown stewed chicken I ordered was terrible. The meat was bland and the cabbage was overly peppery, with visible red and black pepper flakes. The rice and peas were passable, but didn't taste authentic Jamaican. I suggest taking your business elsewhere to a better restaurant.

I recently moved to the area and decided to try out this restaurant for a meal. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the experience. The older man working there was rude and unwelcoming. While the prices were reasonable, the food did not taste good. Due to this, I will not be returning to this establishment.

This restaurant serves truly authentic Jamaican cuisine that is absolutely delicious. The portion sizes are generous and well worth the price. It's very reasonably priced, and my favorite dish is the brown stewed chicken. The customer service is also excellent.

Price was great but the food was even better. The owner was generous with the food and nice. I got the oxtail, it was so good.

Customer service was excellent. The older gentleman that was there was extremely nice and courteous. However, did I order the Oxtails or Neck bones? Because they give you about 3 very very very thin oxtails by the way I'm being generous when I say 3 and then they have the nerve to cut it up into little pieces with a bunch of bones to make it appear to be a lot or a sufficient portion but give a whole heap of rice and beans and the cabbage was kind of salty and hard. This was my first and last time visiting this place. It was the worst 20.00 bucks and time I've ever waisted. Again I say the gentleman was very polite.P.s. Can I please get my money back??
