Bidra med feedbackAs first-time visitors, we were quite disappointed. Our waitress took a long time to attend to us. The chicken and shrimp fajitas consisted mostly of onions, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, when our other order arrived, it was completely wrong and needed to be corrected. The service was really lacking, which likely explains why the place was so empty.
Sylvia was our server, and she did an excellent job attending to our large table. Our drinks were always full, and our baskets of chips and dips were promptly refilled whenever we asked. We will definitely request her service again! Our food orders were accurate and delicious. Thank you, Sylvia!
Absolutely five stars! I was genuinely impressed by the quality of the food. I ordered the fajitas, and they were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Everything that accompanied the dish was perfect as well. All of this for under $20! While that may not seem like a lot, it makes a significant impact from the perspective of someone who runs a restaurant. Excellent job!
I can't say enough good about this place. The first time was an impromptu visit, but was excellent. Tonight, I brought my family back and it was even better. Customer service was wonderful with Maddy and although this was a false communication about my order, the manager immediately took care of without question. This is really one of the best experiences I had in a restaurant and I am a food! I usually get some shrimp, but after the first time I tried the steak in love. I'm afraid to try for the third time because there's no way they get the steak perfect 3 times in a row of lol. I've been in a frontera before, but nothing to write, just this!!!! So if you are interested, please try this... excellent food, drinks and customer service!!! I did not get the mane of the manager, but thank you very much!!!!.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! First, we ordered food. The food we ordered was not as described on the menu, there were beans inside. The food was corrected. The server never came back after bringing the food. At the time she dropped off the food we had an empty chip bowl and 2 empty drink cups. We tried to get the attention of several workers and after about 20 mins we finally got a server and asked for our server, he said she?ll be over there. Then we got the manager to our table. We tried to explain the problem and tell him what we needed and he RUDELY stated that ?well, it?s gonna be like this!? We asked for our check and he brought it with an attitude. Our server finally came back and asked if we needed boxes. She brought them but also had an attitude after returning with the boxes. I have NEVER had an experience like this at any other Frontera location. I will NEVER return to this location because I won?t pay and support service like this. Simple common sense things like drink refills and chip refills are not hard to do if you are busy. Negating these simple things can mean losing customers. GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
