Ihop - Stone Mountain

It has been about 35 minutes since I had to place an order for the omelette and pancake combo at this 24-hour restaurant with a closed dining room. The extended waiting time and bad service have been a total letdown.

My experience at this restaurant was really awful! It was nearly empty, yet the service was still slow. The waitress took so long to bring our drinks (all water) that another waitress had to take our order when the first one finally came with our drinks. When the food was brought to our table, the waiter spilled syrup on it and then sprayed cleaning solution after putting the food down. We were not checked on or offered refills for our drinks. When we were ready to leave, it took almost 15 minutes for the waitress to bring the bill. I do not recommend dining here!

This restaurant has the absolute best mother and daughter team working late nights. They are like an IHop dream team, providing friendly and fast service. I highly recommend this location.

Omelet was hot and tasted super. the regular pancakes were dry and hard. should improve if they get more help.

The Male manager is very unpleasant, the way he conducts business is very unprofessional. I sat near the kitchen with my wife and kids and all you can hear is him yelling at the employees. I dont usually make reviews but this is unacceptable conditions to work in. Someone needs to look into this more
