Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Do not invite them here after 9 o'clock, as I did, unless they want burned fries, cold and burned chicken fingers and a terrible piece toast for 9.00! they take their money and gift that they müll to dinner.

Today I visited this place in my lunch break. there was a problem with my eating, so I returned a few hours later. the manager, william, has corrected the situation without problems. I liked that.

Everytime I try to order here on doordash there's an issue. Even if I go through the drive through myself it's incredibly slow to the point where I end up leaving. I understand that Zaxbys takes a little longer because they make your food to order supposedly, but still. Absolutely unaccetaptable.

This location has good friendly service, but they're just slow getting the food out like most restaurants these days. However, none of them are as fast as the Zaxby's in Chamblee on Peachtree Industrial, that's the best one in the metro area.

So I give this Zaxby's a five star. Sometime it's a four star. But, most of the time it's a five star. The reason for my rating is because the drive thru is usually not a long wait, customer service is usually pretty good, and my food is usually great. Don't really have too many complaints about this location. I've only had a couple of times in the past couple of years that I was displeased with the service. This happened to be in the evening and for some reason the wait was very long and they forgot my order. But, I can honestly say this doesn't happen often, so this one definitely gets a five star because they are usually on point.
