Wendy's - Stone Ridge

The restaurant was okay, but not fantastic. There was a long line as I walked in, so I was hoping to get a meal cooked fresh on the grill.

The dining room was locked even though it said they were open, and the food was served cold, including the chili. The young man who served us was very rude. I have had issues with several Wendy's locations recently. It seems like they are desperate for workers and are treating their employees poorly, which is driving away customers. It doesn't seem like Wendy's cares anymore.

Kasse was pleasant during my previous visit, but a new employee, in my opinion, was very rude when serving the food. This experience has made me hesitant to return to the restaurant.

A double in the drive thru ordered and was calculated as such. he got a sandwich that had only a patty and a scarce amount of toppings. the dining room was locked during normal business hours, so I couldn't even get in to show them the problem. go to another wendys when they have to eat wendy, or just do one like and eat somewhere else.

WORST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT EVER! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! IF YOU WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE, SEND ME A MESSAGE AND I CAN EXPLAIN WHY YOU SHOULD NEVER GO TO THIS WENDY'S LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
