This place and location is always disappointing. I don't know why I keep going back.
Worst experience, out of every restaurant I have been too. I order my food in the drive thru at 8:08 pm and was sent to park in slot 2. Were they forgot me, I had to take my daughter out of the car go inside wait 15 additional minutes for cold food. Ridiculous, they were inside cleaning, and the lady I asked about my order who parked me looked lost couldn’t even find my order on screen bc the already served some many other people. The food was cold and flavorless what a waist in money and especially time. They have no care or intent to bring hot food to customers or respect or care for quality. Would not recommend to anyone.
It's a building with humans selling edible morsels. Literally nothing special. Plus I've had enough negative experience here that I've learned... 1. Check your bag. They will literally forget food or eating tools (fork). 2. Check your food!! They will gladly serve you cold food with missing ingredients. (Like when I order a Cabana bowl they put no rice/no beans) 3. Check you mood! 9/10 there's gonna be a underpaid employee ready to serve you !tty attitude, with a crooked smile..... soooo if your are ALREADY having a bad day They will gladly top you off with their unprofessionalism. Good luck! Youll definitely need it!
I have the taco cabana app and it literally says! “Scan this QR code at the register to earn points. “ and the lady told me she can’t do that and that I have to scan the receipt. Please show this lady how to use the app because to honest she was just being lazy and I don’t understand why. It was slow as hell.
