Subway - Stony Creek

To make matters worse, I often get charged for extra cheese, even though it is supposed to be included. When I inquired about the charges, the cashier explained they were for the chunk chicken. My husband, sister in law and, myself were traveling from MD After sitting in over an hour and a half traffic jam, we stopped in to get a bite and stretch our legs. We decided to go to Subway, only to be greeted with a female behind the counter, telling us, as soon as we got in the door. We close in 15 min. Look at all these ppl coming in here to eat this late! I felt like I wasn 't welcome and really just wanted to leave, but we were hungry. We got our food, but the entire time was a very uncomfortable, tense feeling in the store as she was preparing food for ALL of the customers patronizing her establishment. The sub was good, but the service was not! Customers should feel welcomed, not unwelcome when entering a place they decided to patronize! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was the worst subway I have ever been to!!! The staff is very rude and yell at the customers for trying to customize their subs.

Her demeanor was short, curt, and quite rude. When another customer walked in, we began chatting, which seemed to irritate her even more. She began asking each of us, in a rather unkind manner, what we wanted, to the extent that I had to apologize to the gentleman for her rudeness. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or if there were other reasons for her behavior. I noticed that all the other customers were either brown or black, and she was friendly to them, which made me wonder if she had a bias against me since I’m Hispanic but appear to be white. I genuinely dislike mentioning this, but her behavior seemed to indicate that. She was notably nicer to the gentleman, who was black. I tried to be polite, saying please and thank you and addressing her as "ma'am," but she remained unapproachable and rude throughout. I truly hope her day improves, and if this is just her manner, I pray that she finds kindness and compassion in her heart.
