McDonald's - Stony Plain

The service was quick and friendly. Despite being a chain restaurant, my family and I were pleased with the new Build Your Own Burger option on the kiosk. The burgers were brought to our table promptly, along with our drinks. They were fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. This is a significant improvement for McDonald's, and I can confidently say that I am loving it!

The restaurant is an improvement from the Spruce Grove location, but the servers lack professionalism.

Weekdays are better.. I get coffee here for myself and a co worker every morning. Weekdays are usually okay, sometimes the coffee is really good, sometimes not so much. Previous reviewer mentioned friendly staff, and it 's true if you come everyday you get to know people and it 's more fun.<br/ <br/ The weekend staff though I can 't describe how many times they 've screwed up my coffee. Two cream, two sugar. It 's easy. I got tea once. It 's like they just want to give you something to make you go away.<br/ <br/ Sometimes I get a breakfast sandwich here 's a free tip you can ask for a 'round egg ' to replace the scrambled type eggs in any of the menu items. I really prefer fresh cracked eggs in their biscuits.

This restaurant is enjoyable. It’s similar to a typical McDonald's you would find in other locations, although it is smaller because it's in a smaller town. I would recommend not using the drive-through, as it can be tricky due to a sharp corner between ordering and paying. The inside service is quick, so there is not a long wait for food.

They had nothing I ordered from the menu and still had to sit through the drive thru. Lesson learned. Skip this place.
