Dunkin' - Storrs

I had the worst experience at Dunkin' Donuts ever. I waited in a fairly long line of less than 10 cars at the drive-thru for 20 minutes. I had placed my order on the app and had already paid for my coffee, so I had to leave without receiving it because I didn't want to be late for work. It was absolutely ridiculous.

My friend found this Dunkin' to be convenient and reliable during his weekend trip.

The food and coffee were good, but the waitress at the window had a terrible attitude. We ordered a chocolate cream sprinkled for our small child, but received one without any sprinkles. When we informed the waitress at the drive-thru, she responded with "I don't know, I guess I can look." I understand that mistakes can happen, but there was no need for a bad attitude.

Order sugar-free ice cream with straw flavoured. it is the best sugar-free ice cream I found under take-out restaurants. very refreshing! highly recommended. Make sure to try it before they go. they sometimes do not add enough taste.

This Dunkin' is so hit or miss, I order just about every morning and I either get a great drink or a terrible drink, mostly the latter unfortunately. This morning was kind of my final straw, I ordered my morning Matcha as one would and it came mixed with Chai latte, so I ordered again in hopes maybe this one would be better, and it tasted like it was mixed with coffee. Go to Starbucks instead.
