None of our food came out together for a party of 9. Waitress never asked us how our food was which was not good. Our bills were all wrong. We have been there so many times this was our worst experience. Such a disappointment!Food: 1/5

Edit: I did not ask for a refund for the wrap, since I ate it anyway. But I give kudos to the restaurant for crediting the cost of the wrap on my credit card! Thank you for making it right! ?So disappointed! Don’t live close, but had to go to Stow for an appointment. Was excited to order pick up to bring home. When I got home and unpacked the order, I saw that the grilled chicken wrap was actually a turkey wrap! Too far away for me to go back and get the correct order. Bummer!

Love the food here, but we just picked up a carryout order and the boneless wings are too burnt to even try to enjoy. I have pictures that I hope show how bad they are. This wouldn't have ended up in a table if we dined in. We live too far away to justify having them remade.Food: 2/5

Ordered chicken salad. Last time! I have to pick out brown lettuce, chicken is always different depending on the cook. You can’t count on getting fresh cooked chicken although they swear it is. They charge $13 dollars and then another $1 if you want more ranch. Too expensive to rarely get everything freshFood: 1/5

The wings are priced at market so you have no idea what cost is going to be till you get the tab. We probably could 've asked, but I didn 't think that 12 traditional wings would cost almost twice as much as 10 boneless. Seriously, $17 for 12 wings???? And I had to remind the kitchen that I needed them.The service was okay, the music was loud but no louder than a typical bar. The food was tasty. Very disappointed at the prices, though.Wheelchair accessibility: No auto door, and you have to open 2 doors manually to get in. Accessible as far as lack of door jambs and stuff.
