Bidra med feedbackI used to be a regular customer when it was called Superior City. However, I must say that every time we have placed an order recently, we have encountered nothing but problems. The last order we placed was so bad that I deleted the app. The orders were incomplete and inaccurate. I swore to myself that I would never order from there again. Unfortunately, tonight we tried ordering again and once more they failed to deliver the order that we had already paid for. The staff was very rude. I will definitely not be ordering from there again.
I ordered food for delivery and was given a price. When the food arrived, the order was wrong and there was a delivery charge of $5.50. A taxi from town to my house doesn't cost that much! This is the third time we have tried this restaurant and each time the order has been incorrect. I heard that it was under new management, so I decided to give it another chance, but it seems that nothing has changed.
I have ordered from this restaurant twice in the last two weeks and had a great dining experience. Kirstin and Andrea, the waitresses, are very friendly and attentive. It is always a pleasure to dine there, even if there may be a slight wait for your food.
